Do not use any abrasive or chemical cleaners to clean the radiators as this will cause damage to the surface finish. Please use warm water and a damp cloth. – Do not clean when hot.
We offer a 10-year warranty on the body of the warmer and 5-year warranty for the element.
Our towel warmers take between 20–45 minutes to heat to its optimum temperature, depending on the size of the unit. Our MINI Towel Warmer series will take 15-30 minutes to heat up.
